Despite all the information given to the Council of Europe, the Parliamentary Assembly, René van der LINDEN, former president Mr Luzius WILDHABER and present President Mr Jean-Paul COSTA of the Court of Human Rights and the Commissioner for Human Rights, Council of Europe, Thomas HAMMARBERG Mrs Päivi Hirvelä (Paivi Hirvela) that aplied for the job with a falsified CV was able to start as judge in the ECHR January 1:st 2007. Is the European Court of Human Rights helping in covering up the falsification by presenting yet another (3:rd) version of the CV on it`s website?
